No — we are not a property management company. Our goal is to support self-managing STR owners with cleaning and local property assistance so you can keep your rental running smoothly without hiring full-time staff.

Our STR Local Support Program is a monthly retainer program designed primarily for non-local and self-managing Short Term Rental owners, but it’s really open to any property owner who wants flexible support for their property. You can use your four hours per month however you like — whether it’s regular or semi-regular exterior cleaning, small maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs or filters, or other outdoor property upkeep. The schedule and services are completely tailored to your needs.

We focus strictly on exterior cleaning and outdoor areas. We do not service pools or interior cleaning. Our specialty is making sure your patios, decks, driveways, grills, and windows look clean and inviting!
