  • You can log into the portal anytime to submit service requests or contact us by calling, texting or emailing us.

  • For best results, owners should submit their requests at least 48 hours in advance. But if a last minute task pops up, we will do our best to take care of it as soon as possible. Your property is our priority.

  • While we’re not a property management company, Desert Luxe Outdoor Care is here to fill in the gaps. Whether you're managing your own rental or working with a company that doesn’t quite cover the details, we’re here to help with the tasks others often overlook.

  • We do our best to tailor our program to your needs. We offer different kinds of services for your outdoor space in addition to helping you with any errands, logistics, or minor maintenance issues. We can create a program that works best for your property. Just ask!

  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account page. Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the following month. If you need assistance, you can also contact us directly via email or phone.
